This site is dedicated to my Mother, Phyllis Marie Stephanie Peplinski Kuykendall Vargas. My Mom is the grandest woman I have ever had the honor to know. My Mother loved unconditionally her whole life through, and was loved by so many with the same kind of uncondtional love. Through these pages, we will HONOR my Mother in the grand fashion of love that she gave.

Dear Mom, I want you to know that you were the best Mother, Grandmother, sister, daughter, aunt & best friend anyone could ever ask for. I just pray that you are enjoying your reunion with Dad and your baby son. We will see you again some day. I love you with all my heart and soul. Thank you for making me what I am today. I will honor the best I can by being the best Mother and Grandmother I can possibly be. Please kiss Dad & my baby brother and tell them I love them and miss them dearly.
